About us

Hello, my name is Robert and I would like to introduce my healthy selection of Loaves & Bread Rolls which I make by hand following a 25 year old family recipe using a natural, slow-fermenting sourdough. The ingredients I use is wholemeal flour, spelt flour, wheat flour, water and yeast. I am a qualified, experienced and traditional baker with a huge passion for all aspects of bread making.
The bread does not contain any emulsifiers, preservatives or anti-moulding agents.
Orders should be placed by 5pm each day with the collection of the goods for the next day. Possible afternoon delivery depending on the size of the order. Collection from BS10 6SH from Monday to Friday from 2pm to 6pm (Wednesday and Sunday closed) and on Saturday from 1pm to 8pm.
